All sessions share the same structure:
Initial talk + Energy clearing + Holistic Technique + Debrief
Initial talk: I offer active listening to better understand the client's issue and contribute with counseling through a holistic view, considering emotional, spiritual, and psychic factors.
Energy clearing: Before starting with other tools, we bring in our Spiritual Guides to support the work and clear our space from stagnant energies. This process is conducted through guided meditation.
Holistic technique: After we have more clarity on the origins of the imbalance, I begin the work of energy healing. Applying some of the tools I have available to investigate and treat the origins of the question raised. It's important to remember that you don't have to choose any of the techniques. I, as a therapist, observe and evaluate what can best apply to each situation.
Debrief: After the healing work we review, interpret and integrate the information transmitted during the session. I may make a recommendation for the post session, in case you need it. It's usually a herbal bath, tea, crystal or meditation. In the weekly sessions, we will always check the need to continue or change the recommendations.
One-on-one Package
4 sessions/month — 60 minutes — $400
Whenever possible choose to book the Package. It is a rich experience that deepens your relationship with yourself, in addition to providing you with my closest care. Here I offer you the opportunity to carry out your internal work with my weekly help. It is the choice for a lighter healing process, at the same time, deeper and more transformative. We will be together for 28 days — 1 lunar cycle, time that can represent significant life changes. In this model, we will have a journey of 4 sessions, one per week.
You can renew your Package monthly if you feel the need. Most clients stay with me for 1-2 years. By building a therapeutic relationship we can dive deeper into issues, identify patterns and treat challenges with more time, dedication and obtain lasting results.
One-on-one Single Session
60 minutes — $120
Recommended for clients who are new to energy healing, returning clients looking for support with a specific issue and children. The Single Session also results in major transformations, so much so that it was my only offering for almost 3 years. This model is a smaller version of the Package. Here, you will also go through each important step (described in the previous paragraph), but only once.
Cancellation policy
I know, life happens!
You may rebook your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time and date. After that there is a $50 fee for rebooking with less than 24 hours notice.
Missed appointments are non transferable/non refundable and you will receive a remote Reiki session followed by an email debrief.
No prior preparation, skill or knowledge is required. Just the desire to go through the process and commit to yourself wholeheartedly. Know that you are entering a place of deep transformation, compassion and empowerment, but it all depends on you. Don't pursue this work if you are expecting magic solutions. Remember, this is a place of great love, understanding, and support— but I can't walk your path for you. Only with you.
